How do pets work on Grand Elmore - Gracia Epilogue [INT]

Given the constant questions and uncertainties on the part of players about how the pets actually work on GE, we decided to write a little summary.


What happens if a pet dies?
If a pet dies in battle or is killed by someone, you have the opportunity to revive it within the next 24 hours, if this does not happen, the pet is permanently deleted from the server.


What happens if a pet runs out of food?
This is probably the hardest part of taking care of a pet. Pet needs the right food type based on the type of pet, the food has to be in pet's inventory so that it can eat as needed. If pet's food runs out, it will start to starve. In the event that the food bar drops to 0 % you have only a few minutes to remedy the situation. If you do not do it in time, the pet gets angry and simply leaves you forever (is deleted from the server).
People often make a mistake when they think that the pet will die when the food bar reduces to 0. Again, this is not the case. When it happens the pet leaves you (is deleted from the server).
ATTENTION: There is a big difference in volume of consumption of food between the state when the pet does nothing and the state when the pet is active for example running, fighting, buffing, etc.


How does pet inventory work?
Various events may happen during the life of a pet: trade to another character, death, leaving, evolve etc. In any of these cases, you will not lose the contents of a pet's inventory. If there are no items to be found in pet inventory or in your inventory you can always find them in your warehouse.
ATTENTION: all pets share 1 inventory and to be able to trade a pet, you need to empty the inventory (especially if you have more pets in inventory).


What to do if you lose a pet?
The pet will never disappear without a reason as explained in the paragraphs above.
If you put a request via PM on our FB, the pet can be renewed. For us, however, this requires finding and confirming everything in the logs, which is understandably time consuming. We do not want to be overloaded by this and not be able to do more important things, so from now on, it will be possible to renew the pet for a fee of 1000 EC. After payment of the restoration fee, we will investigate what has happened to the pet. If it left due to lack of food or disappeared because you did not manage to resurrect it in time we will return him to you.
ATTENTION: If a pet was lost due to theft on a shared account, it will not be restored.


We ask everyone to really keep what is written here in their mind and hopefully there will be much fewer “lost” pets in the future.
