Newbie shots quest

I have tryed newbie quest for shots at level 6 with few characters, I killed plenty of mobs and got plenty of quest items but I was getting only adena as reward and havent got shots a single time. Can you please check those quest, they are quite important for start and I believe they are not working properly at this moment.
