Attribute stones are rated 8x as well as other items. Changing this is really not that simple as it seems because of how drops work on l2off. All items are distributed into groups. Each group has a chance and also each item inside the group has its own chance and all chances within a group sum up to 100%. You cannot just simply change the number for one item as it would disrupt the chances of other items as well or it could even cause anomalies.
You are talking about mobs in FoG, but there are also other places that drop attribute stones on GE. Giant's cave, Fields of whispers, Fields of silence, Isle of prayer, hellbound. What about mobs in these locations? If we would be doing changes here some specific mobs would not have drop rated 8x as it is written in server description.
