Today started a heavy discussion on discord regarding RB respawn times. A proposal was made to reduce the respawn times of Sub RBs and Barakiel. We are willing to go as far as we had it on Dark Elmore - 12h + 4h random.
I encourage all of you to state your opinion on this change.

no1 at this time dont want to stay near sub RB for xx hours and it helps "random" players get sub RBs faster, because strong clans dont let them take it in first few days.

I'd agree with lowering this 24h random, but 12+4 feels way too low for S grade RBs compared to rest of them.
I'm up for something like 16/20+4.

If drops are an issue, we could reduce the drop rate to be 1x for these bosses, which would balance out the shortened respawn. But 16/20 +4 is also an option.
I assume longer fixed respawn would not be an issue, the issue here is the big random window.
