CS observing causes some NPCs to disapear

It happened on multiple chars. After castle siege observing and return, some NPCs disapeared from view(Broadcasting npc, some players, newbie buffer,etc). Restart through character select fixed it. Also Restart or Exit game during observing fails and makes UI unresponsive(hard kill of app needed).There are also numerous bugged locations (graphically). Globally, shores where you can easily fall through texture into water. Ruins of Despair where buildings doesn't show sometimes (restart mostly fixes it). Devil's Isle - missing most of textures inside - it is transparent labyrint of platforms (didn't try restarting)
