RB tracker on our web page

Dear players,
we were asked to consider a way how to make a RB list available on the web that would be acceptable for everyone. It should not replace live checking of specific bosses, but it would give players the opportunity to save time checking if bosses that are not that frequently killed are alive.

This is our proposal:
List would contain only Raid bosses, not world bosses.
Refresh rate would be 15 minutes, but we would show alive only those raid bosses that have been alive for more than one hour at the time of refresh.
This means that RB would have to be alive between 1 hour and 1hour 15 minutes (due to refresh time) in order to be shown in the list as alive.
