I think that u can buff your summons by vendor. But im not sure about it
You can buff summon from NPC, but afaik those buffs cost same as buffs for players. The price should be 1/3 (or 1/2 at least) since summons can't last the entire buff duration anyway
Who is playing summoner in 2k18 like a solo character ? O_o
ofc u can buff it from npc but who will have that adena at the start ? :D
