It seems that server restart (maybe also client dc) causes online character's item to hang in vault indefinitely. Not sure about offline shop.

It should be fixed on every marketplace load, which is every 20mins. So in extreme situation char like this could stay there max for 20mins. If you find any other diferences, let us know please :)
