"the setup has detected that version 198.00.000 of Lineage II is already installed.

This setup installs an earlier version of Lineage II (170.0.0).

You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version."

As it says - you have newer version of lineage 2 so you have to first uninstall it and then run setup with this chronicle again

It was a f*cking h5 game but i think it wasn't an l2 h5 *off* server.. However THANKS bro!! :D
