this happen with any version of epilogue and only after elmore system folder

Try rinstalling Directx & video card drivers.

i reinstall direct and card drivers and i cant pass this smartguard block .i trying 2 days and just one time it let me go to log in screen but in 4 second it give smartguard 401 error

this is not for my windows but i install sp1 from microsoft site . but smartguard is more strong the problem exists
