Respawn time of sub/noblesse related RBs

I suggest to lower the random part of respawn time of sub/noblesse related raids, aka cabrio, toi, barakiel.
These raids are basically in the "epic bosses" category and shall be treated accordingly. Smaller random window will attract more clans to actually come and PvP for the raid. You should not be waiting 8 hours for each sub raid on a server, where getting 75 lvl actually takes less than 8 hours.

I suggest 12+2 respawn time for these raids, similar to epic bosses (or 12+4 at least, nobody is going to PvP over barakiel for 8h nowadays..)

+1, I'm voting for 12+4. The original 12+8 for these bosses are one of the reasons random people leave soon - they are tired of waiting for up to 20 hrs just to get PKed at sight.
12+4 isnt that much of a change but it's still better than waiting up to 20hrs for another barak/sub raid.

I agree with c4jk, no1 wants to stay near RB 16hours and than be PKed :) better for randoms, big clans will fight for first sub RBs/nobl anyway.
