Start in interlude ,about 3-4m update higher chronicle?

That idea was there, but higher chronicle isn't prepared. Next year will be new project with H5, and beta server will start (maybe) in March.

It was actually up for almost a year, but the highest counts of people playing was the first 3-4 months, after 6 months it was only few parties + 2-3 tens of randoms playing actively. Which is still awesome for Interlude server today :)
