smartguard error

I get this error when trying to log in :"important smartguard files could not be downloaded. The game will not start. check your internet connection settings". I turned off all protection from antivirus and firewall, reinstall the game , patch but nothing seems to work. If anyone can help me fix this error please write me. Thanks.

i managed to fix it finally. This is what i did, in the exact order : delete smartguard folder from C/programdata , reinstall game, repatch, turn off antivirus and start game. i did all of this before but not in this order.

Nice work, I`ve never heard about this problem. It was always fixed in FW settings. Thx for info!
